Tuition and Related CostsAll graduate programs on the Valencia campus are designed to be completed in three semesters of study—or one full academic year: fall, spring, and summer semesters. The fees below represent the direct costs charged by the college for the graduate programs starting September 2019. 2020 Tuition rates and payment schedule will be available in February 2020.

Students cannot opt out of, or receive any exemption for, purchasing their program’s software bundle. The software fee is included in the first tuition bill. A $260 late check-in fee is applied if you do not check-in by 12 noon the first day of class each term.Financial HoldsStudents are required to pay tuition and fees by the payment due date for each semester. If a student adds additional courses during the add/drop period, he or she must pay the additional fee(s) at the time of enrollment. If payment is not received, the college will make every internal effort to collect these funds.
Restrictions will be placed on any account with an outstanding balance prohibiting access to grades, transcripts, degrees, diplomas, and participation in any future term at the college. The restriction will remain until the account is paid in full. Withdrawal PolicyAll students who desire to withdraw from the college are required to settle all financial obligations with the college, to return all college property, and to complete a Withdrawal from the College form. Students withdrawing before the first day of the program start (September) will receive a 100% credit of their tuition charges. However, the nonrefundable tuition deposit and all fees will be forfeited.Once a student is withdrawn from the college, there is no opportunity to be readmitted during the same academic year. A withdrawn student who wishes to return to the college must complete the admissions process and be newly accepted.

Tuition InsuranceAs a supplement to the University Refund Policy, we also offer a Tuition Insurance program through Liberty Mutual Insurance which provides 100% reimbursement of all insured tuition, room and board, and some fees.

Paying Your DepositTo accept your admissions offer and reserve your place in the class, a nonrefundable $2,500 tuition deposit must be made in U.S. Dollars by the below deadlines.
Tuition deposits are nonrefundable, and scholarship or federal loan money cannot be used to pay the deposit.Due to limited spots in each program, students are encouraged to make the deposit as soon as possible. Once the program reaches full capacity, students depositing subsequently will be put on a wait-list (even if the tuition deposit is received before the tuition deposit deadline). OnlineLog onto, click on the Students tab, then “make a payment”. Payment made through this option will be posted to your student account immediately.Paying by Flywire with Credit or Debit CardDepending on what country you are paying from, visit to pay tuition by credit or debit card. Flywire charges you in your local currency, and tells you the exact amount that will be charged before you make the payment. You can also use Flywire to do a bank transfer (see the below payment option).Paying Over the Phone with Credit CardTo make a credit card or e-check payment by phone, call 1 866 661-9951. Payment made by telephone will be posted to your student account the next business day. When making payment by telephone, your payment confirmation number will serve as your receipt.
Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5 percent service charge. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks. We will be happy to apply advance credit to your account for a scholarship awarded from an outside agency. You must submit a letter to the Boston Bursar’s Office from the scholarship source, on their letterhead, stating that the scholarship will be mailed directly to Berklee. The letter must also include the amount of your scholarship, the date when payment will be submitted, a request for a statement (if required by the sponsor), and the name and phone number of a contact person. It is essential for the Bursar’s Office to receive this letter prior to your payment due date in order to avoid any delays.

This option allows you to divide your payment into five monthly installments. This service is available for only the first two payments due (August and January). There are no qualifications to use this service. You do not incur interest while paying off your fees, and there is no credit approval necessary.
Berklee will give you advance credit for the total amount to be paid, provided you remain current with your monthly payments. Please know that there is a per-term fee of $60 to sign up with TMS.For the fall semester, students must sign up for TMS no later than June 1. For the spring semester, students must sign up by November 1. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the student owing one or more up-front payments at the time of signing up for TMS. The payment plan is not available for the summer semester.Since this option may be combined with other forms of payment, you should be certain to budget the necessary amount with TMS to meet your needs.
